These noodles are made with 100% Laucke Spelt Flour. Spelt is considered as a low yielding ancient grain that hasn't been modified over the years of commercial farming. Due to its different structure spelt flour can be enjoyed by some gluten-intolerant individuals (note: spelt is NOT coeliac friendly). We love our spelt ribbon noodles for their nutty and wholesome flavour!
