Armidale Market Fresh takes pride in delivering the best quality fruit & veg at reasonable prices. If your expectations have not been met, we would love to hear from you to make it right.

 

Online Refund & Returns

If something's not quite right or you have a genuine concern about your online order, please contact us straight away so that we can put your mind at ease to resolve the issue.

If for any reason you believe you need to refund or need to replace an item that has been damaged in transit we will happy replace or refund that item at no extra cost, provided we have received notice of damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We take every measure to ensure that the customer receives their delivery in optimum condition.

In order to improve our service, we may ask for photos of any damaged or products with quality concerns so that we can pass these onto the relevant team @ Armidale Market Fresh to continually improve our service to you.

If you have any feedback regarding in-store purchases, please contact the relevant store manager. All decisions involving refunds are made at their discretion.
