Garam Masala is a highly aromatic all purpose blend of spices ideally suited for Northern Indian curry dishes but also suited for seasoning lamb pork fish potato and vegetable dishes. Sprinkle on the top of dishes towards the end of the cooking process to preserve its special flavour.
