Pink Peppercorn

Pink peppercorns have a delicate sweet peppery flavour; crush them in a mortar and pestle to release their peppery aroma. Use them combined with white black or green peppercorns as a seasoning for meat fish or mixed into a salad dressing. They can even be used in desserts.
